Refund Policy

Return Policy 


Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of services. Our returns period lasts for 14 days after you receive any item. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible to return an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Where items have been made or personalised for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.

If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Instructions for Returns 

The following Returns Policy applies to goods that can be returned by mail. 

The Right of Return for Parcels Sent By Mail 

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract
(purchase of the goods) within fourteen days. The returns period begins
fourteen days from the day on which you (or a third party named by you,
who is not the courier) took possession of the goods.

Consequences of the Return 

If you withdraw from your contract, we shall reimburse you for all
payments received from you, excluding delivery charges, without undue
delay and at the latest, within fourteen days from the date on which we
received notice of your cancellation of this contract. For this
repayment, we will use the same form of payment that you used in the
original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon by you. You will not
be charged any additional fees for the refund. We may refuse repayment
until we have received the original goods back or until you have
provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs
earlier.

You are responsable for your return postage fee or return it free of charge at our shop.


The deadline will be considered met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. 

Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated, that
were manufactured specifically for an individual or were personalised,
or were clearly tailored to the personal needs of the individual
consumer cannot be revoked. Personalized items are not eligible for
return. 


The Right of Return does not apply to the following contracts: 

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated, that
    were manufactured specifically for an individual or were personalised,
    or were clearly tailored to the personal needs of the individual
    consumer 
  • Contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded, 
  • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable
    for return for reasons of health or hygiene, if their seal has been
    removed after delivery.

Products Eligible for Return 

The products must be returned in their original packaging, without
having any traces of being used or opened. Please ensure that the items
are securely packaged in order to prevent any transport damage from
occurring. 

Please state the reason for returning the merchandise and include your name, address and order number. 

As soon as the return package reaches us the payment will be refunded. 

Refund made once the paid items have been returned to our shop and
processed. Please ensure that we are provided with your banking details.

The refund is cleared within a matter of days. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
